Dam croc snapped up

A saltwater crocodile has been pulled out of the same dam where two blondes posed for a photo on top of a croc trap.

The Northern Territory News has also recently run photographs of a man water-skiing past the trap and, incredibly, two skylarkers actually swimming inside the trap while a mate stood on top of it with a drink in his hand.

Parks and Wildlife rangers removed the 1.7m male saltie from Manton Dam last week.

Darwin girls Ally Pettifor and Bonnie Keogh made international headlines late last year when they posed for a photograph on top of a trap at the dam about 70km south of Darwin.
